Our Spaces
One of the most unique things about Will-O-Mar Barn is all the space you get for your rental. The barn is 2 stories so we can host BOTH your wedding and reception if you choose. We also have a beautiful deck and patio on the back of the barn or many other outside spaces.
The Barn - Upstairs
The upstairs of the cathedral style barn is 40 ft x 80 ft which is 3200 sq ft. We whitewashed all the original wood walls and refinished the hardwood floors. There is a 14ft glass garage door as one entrance and a double man door on the other end that goes out to the deck. This would be a great place to have your reception or an elegant wedding.
The Barn - Downstairs
The downstairs is more of a multipurpose room! You have so many options. You can have it closed from the outdoors and use as a bridal and/or grooms suite and prep all of your beautiful backdrops. Then in would be your backup plan for an outdoor ceremony.
You could also use it as a great place for the reception on the same floor as all the outdoor areas. It is also 3200 sq ft with 2 garage doors and 2 double man doors. The back set of double doors open on to a 800 sq ft patio under the deck.
The Deck
The 20 ft x 40 ft deck is so spacious. Use would be perfect for lounging or cocktails. Another option would be to use the deck as a stage with all of your guests on the lawn. We are adding more grass area around the deck to make it a perfect outdoor ceremony setting.
Outdoor Ceremonies
Our farm is 130 acres that includes The Berry Farm, a 10 acre woods. Look at our areas and decide where you would like to have your beautiful outdoor ceremony.
